Neil lived in sheffield with his mum and dad until his dad past away some year ago.
He has got 3 brothers and six sisters.Neil lived an uneventful life(don't get me wrong when i
say this)if he could have done all the things he wanted to do he would have done them.But his
condition slow him down a lot,neil suffered from epilepsy but he never complained in fact he always
looked on the bright side and had a laugh and a joke with us all.
saddly neil past away at the age of 49 from a massive heart attack. And we are all missing him and
thinking of him his loveing family god bless neil.
